TrainTracks is an easy to use, yet powerful Windows’ based Employee Training Management Program especially suited for managing training in small to medium-sized organizations and single departments in large organizations. The heart of TrainTracks is keeping track of employee training and orientation  requirements for individual employees. TrainTracks notifies you through reports and during use when an employee needs retraining or has not completed all required company orientations.  You can easily input as much or as little information about your employees as you wish.  Minimal input include employee’s name, a unique employee number, drivers license expiration date(if known and tracking). Training courses are easily input by double clicking off a drop down list of training applicable to the employee’s position and completed orientations are just a quick checkmark. Take a quick look:
